The silmix® silicone rubber compounds are prepared according to the individual demands of the Customers and adjusted to meet the given parameters – regarding the colour and properties of the final product, as well as the specified method of processing.

The basic usage of the silmix® silicone rubber compounds:

Moulding, injection

Compounds for the pressure moulding and injection.

The full scope of resistantial parameters and hardness enables obtaining any details of given parameters, that is general resistance, temperature, rubbing factor, low compression set, high tear strength, as well as of the basic parameters.

  

Extrusion

Compounds for the pressureless vulcanization.

The full scope of resistantial parameters and hardness enables obtaining the details of the basic parameters and of non-standard requirements alike.
Can be used to extrusion side-faces of any type, tubes, ropes, fillings, high-heat and safe-ceramics cables etc.

  

Rollers

Compounds specifically designed for roller covering.

Posses excellent processing properties. Guaranteed heat and specific resistance.
